You will be directed to a secure page where you can pay through Pay Pal if you have an account, or pay by Credit or Debit card.

If you require your knife by a particular date as a gift, then in the paypal payment page you will have the opportunity to send a 'message to merchant', use this to let me know.
You will receive an email from paypal detailing your order, I receive a copy of this too, this is your confirmation of your order.

Items will then be packaged and posted to you. I endeavor to post your knife within the week of order, but at busy times it may take longer. Each knife is handmade for you, I don't have an army of helpers, just me!

For buying more than one knife just come back to this page and click again! Simples!
Unfortunately we can not always combine postage for multiple items as the cost is based on weight.

All knives come with a blade, care instructions, a blade protection sleeve and a suade hanging thong. Knives are delivered in a stout cardboard tube.
I get asked what slice thickness does my knife cut. The answer is anything from as thin as you want to 24mm or 1 inch. Maximum width of a loaf can be up to 230mm, or 9 inches.
My knives have been featured on a Sour Dough bread maker facebook page where they have found they are the best knives that anyone has found for cutting through the hard crust. They cut through so easily that you don't need to grab the loaf so hard, stopping crushing it out of shape.

Find more up to date info on my Facebook page, just search for fiddle bow bread saws uk.

Ash has a whiter colour and a wild grain.

Mahogany has a reddish brown colour, the grain is tight and very fine.

Walnut has a brown colour, sometime quite dark through to light brown.
A swirling grain that is very fine. A silky smooth feel.

Beech has a light straw colour with a pink tinge. It has almost no grain, so fine you can hardly see it. But it does have lots of grain spots within the wood.
